How do I reset my password?+
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Can I connect multiple data sources to one location?+
Yes. You can connect multiple integrations (e.g., Google Sheets and Nutshell CRM) to the same location. When two sources report different values for the same metric, FlexPulse AI flags a conflict for your review.
How accurate is the AI forecasting?+
The model improves with more data. We recommend at least 90 days of historical data for reliable forecasts. The system displays a confidence indicator and discloses its methodology in the Forecast view.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. You can export metric data as CSV from any data view. Enterprise plans include API access for bulk data export.
What roles are available for team members?+
FlexPulse AI has three roles: Admin (full access), Regional Manager (scoped to assigned regions), and Location Manager (scoped to assigned locations). Roles are set when you send the invitation.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not share your data with third parties, and you can export or delete your organization's data at any time.
What happens after my free trial ends?+
You'll be asked to choose a plan to continue. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused — your data is retained for 30 days, and you can reactivate at any time.
